I have spoken with Anne's Daughter In Law C regarding the recent concerns regarding the transfer of care. C confirmed Tahera from YourCare24 visited as planned and has actioned the family's concerns. C explained the transfer of care is now settled and wished to express her family's positive thoughts regarding the home visit completed by Tahera and felt that a face-to-face meeting to witness A’s care needs was beneficial to all involved. C wished to express how pleased they are with the App that is in use. C stated she and her family are away on holiday and the APP is a good support network to check in on A and to also check that medication and support calls are being completed. I believe the team are a fantastic team and really do have their client’s health and wellbeing at the core of all that they do. This you can see is passed on to the staff who work for them, as the care they have so far and hopefully continue to be the case is very good. The team are friendly towards mum and have a level of care that with previous carers we haven't seen. They only want to do the best for mum and aim to be the best they can at every visit. My mum had a recent drop in her health, and this caused her to be unwell and unresponsive. It was the carer who called the ambulance and made sure mum was admitted to the hospital, which I am very grateful for as I believe they helped to aid in mums turn around and enable her to make a good recovery to enable her to come home safe and well. I would like to thank you all for the great job you and your team are doing, thank you. Kind Regards

I hope that I will get the opportunity to thank you personally for all you and your support workers have done. We are arranging a Garden party for my mum’s 94th birthday on Saturday 29 June from 2pm and I would like to invite you to this party. My mum is inviting her care workers as they visit her. I do appreciate that some of her carers will be on duty on the day, but I hope that you and some of them will be able to attend this party. If you are able to attend, then please let me know and I can provide more details.

Thank you for the service provided for AJ. We are happy with the service provided and the carers understand the needs of the patient which is very important. There is a clear point of contact always if and when issues arise, so this is very important also. Overall, a good service provided.

Very pleased to have a small team of regular carers. They are friendly, hardworking, respectful of my needs and those of Wetherby, the cat. Recently they have phoned me if there is a delay which is much appreciated. I definitely feel 'cared for'. It would be good to have a regular cleaner coming as early as possible after 09.00, for an hour, two days a week. I do not mind if the days are changed as long as I know when, enabling me to organise visitors, builders, etc. Please extend my grateful thanks to all involved.

My dad GA is currently got a care package with YourCare24. He has been dealing with cancer for a few years, but his health has really gone downhill a lot in the last 18 months. He currently is not mobile so spends all day in bed in chronic pain, he is at home, but my mum is also not in good health with Parkinson’s and other medical issues. YourCare24 have been amazing I wouldn’t have copied without Tahera and the team. He currently has 2 carers coming in 4 times a day to do all his personal care and give him all his medication. He knows all the carers and is so happy with them. Many thanks

Throughout involvement with service user TN, Shakeel (Care Coordinator) and YourCare24 have provided a fantastic service. Shakeel and the team provided consistently good care for TN who was very reluctant to accept support initially. Shakeel always went above and beyond to ensure he was well looked after and was happy to accommodate any requests made for support. Shakeel was very responsive and maintained good communication at all times, enabling us to work together to achieve outcomes. As well as this he was always proactive. It was great to see the positive progress that was made with this gentleman and the conditions in his home. Thank you for your help!

I would like to say a big thank you as always but, on this occasion, a special thank you to Esther & Grupreet over the past 2 weeks whilst my sister J was away. There were times during this period where I wasn’t able to go to mums. When I explained this to both carers nothing was too much trouble, they were accommodating and extremely supportive. I am so pleased that the exemption for continuing care from your company has been accepted. You have continually worked alongside us to ensure our mums care & support is completed in the best way possible. Please let both carers know we appreciate them so much.

Your company took over the care of Tina on the 20th of March 2023 and we have found it to be a very professional and well organised experience. From our first visit from Suban who set the care plan in place and has kept us updated regularly, to the small team of carers that visit Tina four times a day. We have met some of the team and spoken to several others on the phone and all of the girls have shown to be very caring and knowledgeable about Tina’s needs. We have also had several calls from Tahira, and it is quite obvious that the whole team discuss Tina regularly to ensure that she is looked after to the best possible level. Tina can be quite stubborn and un-cooperative, but they all seem to be able to coax her round and Kirin even managed to help her wash which is nothing short of a miracle!! Priscilla is Tina’s main carer and we have met her on several of her visits and have seen Tina’s reaction to her which was quite positive which is nice for us as family to see. Tina has had carers for over 10 years previously, but we feel that the care she is receiving now is first class. It is much more inclusive and much more detailed in the support offered not just for Tina but for us as her family.

As per our previous telephone conversation today, I just wanted to pass on a huge compliment to you and your hard-working staff that have being working with J!! I just wanted to express how happy both myself and my manager Tara are with the support workers today and the huge difference in their moving and handling techniques. They did a fantastic job with all the moving and handling working closely as a team, they all were very polite and professional. They are really good with explaining what they are doing and why in regard to moving and handling and personal care, reassuring Jamila all the way. Please pass on our compliments to your hardworking staff they are doing an amazing job. Both JO and son have also said how happy they are with your team. Thank you and keep up the good work.

B’s views about care provision - “My carers are wonderful, they really are, I put it this way we always laugh, and they keep me in good mood. I know them all especially the regular ones unless they sent new ones, but we get on well with all the carers. This is why they all like us because that is for a reason”. John’s views - “I get on well with the carers, I feel I can speak to their management anytime if there are any issues. The teatime call and the evening are too close to each other because my mum goes to bed early. This is, however, an agreed arrangement. I would also want to add that I was impressed with the workers that attended to B when I was present that is Ali and Oluwaseun. Please let them know that they are appreciated by me. They were very friendly, and it was apparent that they get along well with B. I was pleased with the support being provided and the mannerism of your staff. Keep it up.

Thank you for the email. Frank has feedback that the carers are excellent, well trained, kind and caring. I am very pleased with the carers. When Frank was unwell on Sunday Harshdeep was exceptional responsive and considerate, this was greatly appreciated. I understand that Emmanuel arrived at 7:40am this morning (Monday). This is somewhat early for Frank as he usually rises 8:00 onwards. I wonder if this can be feedback, many thanks.

We're so pleased with the carers that go to see Dad, they're all so kind and show so much empathy towards him. Communication is excellent and been able to check how he's been on Birdie throughout the day, gives us added peace of mind. The extended call times and additional welfare checks are a great bonus to us all, which I thank Tahera for sorting out so quickly. Thank you very much for informing us re the bruise. Nikkie also let me know. Thankfully the GP ruled out anything sinister. There are no issues whatsoever with the care that is being provided to our mum. We appreciate you all so much. I actually can work all day knowing that my mom is being cared for appropriately. We have noticed that mom is extremely confused so she may say things that are inappropriate. I deal with this the majority of the time by pacifying her. She has also just lost her younger sister who lives in America, so she maybe a bit low at times.

However, he wondered if one of the two male carers were unavailable for example on holiday he would be happy to have a female carer too, thank you.

Thank you for the photo as requested and the feedback and compliment that I will forward to my manager. As discussed, I can clarify that the wedge is placed to the left side of patient, under the left arm to provide extra support and reduce risk of patient leaning to left in bed. It has been a pleasure to work with Yourcare24 carers. You have all been very receptive to and acted upon suggestions made by therapists and responsive to joint working. It is clear that the carers have a very good relationship with the client, they are very patient centred and go above and beyond to ensure they are happy i.e. singing with patient. Thanks for setting the care up so fast it seems to be going really well. I agree to run the visits for 30 mins each day and as discussed on the phone I expect we can review after the initial 2 weeks the ongoing frequency of the visits. Although Mum had her fall it’s acted as a trigger to have her accept help so not all bad. I’ve attached the paperwork for you as requested and changed a few typos, mainly my mums’ surname. I expect that’s why the Dr’s at Tramways said she wasn’t registered, but she is and have been with them for decades. Her DOB is 25-Aug-19xx and registered under the name Mrs XX. The sink is a pain but really only needs some cleaner down it and it will be fine, a little annoying as mums only just had a plumber change the tap ☹. The Birdie app is working well, again thank you for setting this up so fast. Finaly, not sure who the care person was today but mum really liked them (think she might have a soft spot for them). Incredibly impressed so far and expect I’ll be in touch w/c 17th to discuss next steps. Thank you again
